We offer free shipping in EU. Estimated shipping time depends on your location but is between 5-10 days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a delivery notification via email.
In case you want Express shipping, please send us an email and we will happily arrange that for an additional fee.
Not in EU? We gladly ship to anywhere in the world – please send us an email with your details and we will find ways to get your Joy Cruiser to you. SHipping costs will have to be added to your order.
Import Duty & Taxes
Orders (generally outside of EU) may be applicable for duties, fees and import taxes. These costs are all determined by your local customs authority. With that in mind, they must be paid to your local courier or government agency to ensure you receive your order. Not collected by Joy Cruisers, these fees may be charged before, on, or after delivery. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, Joy Cruisers is not responsible for the loss of any orders sent to an incorrect address.
