Our team will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@joycruisers.com within 14 days of original purchase for instructions on how to return for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in new condition and original packaging. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus shipping charge (if you paid for expedited shipping) which will not be refunded. Your refund will be processed once we have received the product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue full refunds for products that have been used and/or not in the original packaging.
In the unfortunate case that your order arrived damaged, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please email info@joycruisers.com within three days of receiving it, and be sure to include a photograph of the damage and the packaging, and we'll aim to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
